refined a couple of issues in the design and added the landing gear. Still not a clue where to fit the radiator.

Just build this little device to check the roughness of the surfaces. Trusting your sandblock is nonsense. Helps a lot in identifying bumps that distort laminar flow.

I am having problems with the filling of the plug. With epoxy microsballons and tixotropic additives i get streaks and a two day cure time until sandable. Now with poliester putty the result is a worst case bescause the poliester putty cloggs in one minute my two meter sanding block. I had to sand all the putty of wasting half a box of mirka sanding disks.
